Document Genetics was started by an IT manager in 1999, so we understand how important support is and we always try to view issues from a customer’s perspective. Our support team are committed to helping you; we really do go the extra mile when helping our customers.

Document Health-Check
Many of our initial projects start with a Document Health-Check. This is a free of charge service in which we will assign a consultant to make contact with you and arrange an appointment.
The consultation is completed on-site and is typically a one to one discussion outlining the main operating procedures of your organisation. During this process we help companies pinpoint areas where their document processes could be improved or streamlined.
