Document Genetics' reseller Portrayal celebrates its 25th year and rebrands to ITEC

After 25 years in business, Document Genetics' reseller Portrayal today changes its name to ITEC as it sets out its vision for the next quarter century.

The past three years has seen unprecedented growth and success as the company has trebled in size from £5 million turnover to £15 million.

Headquartered in Bristol, new Sales and Operations centres are now open in Bournemouth, Exeter and London. The new Plymouth office is planned for mid-2012.

ITEC is now firmly established as the largest provider of office print hardware, print management software and document workflow solutions in South West England.

As an independent supplier, ITEC has held a significant advantage over the direct manufacturer operations which are limited in the range of products they can offer.

Free of such constraints, ITEC has harnessed existing technology from Xerox, Ricoh, Lexmark and Toshiba and overlaid its software applications to enhance the power these products deliver to its customers.

The new name and new brand identity represents the philosophy for the future – independent, innovative, intelligent and integrated technology that delivers quantifiable benefits to our clients.

The new strap line - Quality People. Smart Office Solutions– underscores ITEC's fundamental belief that the best technology in the world will only deliver customer benefits if it is supported by the best people and the best training.
